At Root Remedies, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we do not accept returns of opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund if eligible.

Refunds, when approved, will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
